Group 1: Simplify Your Message

In today’s world of big data, meta data, and technical information our presentations can become overwhelmed with too much complexity. As technical subject matter experts, your messages need to be clear, concise, and complete for your audience to get what they need from your message. Three master class workshops make up this group.

Ideal Attendees: Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Technical Experts, Future Leaders, Data-Focused Roles, Analysts

MC2601: Presentation Messaging: Structure Ideas for Impact

Strong communication can make the difference between having your ideas approved—or ignored. This workshop equips professionals with a practical framework for building clear, audience-focused messages that drive action. Participants will learn how to define their presentation purpose, analyze their audience, and structure ideas using proven message frameworks. Through guided practice and peer feedback, they will develop the skills to open with impact, deliver information logically, and close with confidence. Whether presenting to executives, peers, or clients, this course helps professionals communicate with clarity and influence.

MC2602: Data-Telling: How to Make Your Data More Engaging and Relatable

In today’s data-driven workplace, numbers alone rarely inspire action. The ability to transform data into a clear and compelling story is what drives decisions. This workshop equips professionals with the skills to move beyond “data dumps” and instead create messages that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Participants learn how to set clear goals for their data message, analyze their audience, and select structures that inform, interpret, recommend, or influence. They will also practice practical tools to simplify complexity, build understanding, and make data meaningful. The result: professionals who can deliver data-driven messages with confidence, clarity, and impact.

MC2603: Presenting as Executives

Presenting as executives requires more than sharing information—it requires influence. Executives expect presenters to be clear, concise, and credible, with a focus on what matters most to the business. This workshop equips professionals with the tools and confidence to meet those expectations. Participants will learn how to analyze their executive audience, prepare with purpose, and deliver messages that highlight the answer, the journey, and the ask. Through the Executive Quick Model and the Executive Pitch Model, they will practice structuring presentations that get to the point while still inspiring action. This course helps professionals develop the executive presence and communication skills needed to win support at the highest levels.

Group 2: Influence Without Authority

The challenge for many speakers today is attempting to influence an audience when the speaker has no real authority. These workshops are designed to provide messaging design tools to move your audience toward an action. If you are in sales, on a project team, or speaking to your superior, these techniques can help you achieve more.

Ideal Attendees: Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Future Leaders, Technical Experts, Data-Focused Roles, Analysts, Sales Professionals

MC2604: How to Build Trust Through Quality Conversations

Strong business relationships are built on trust, and trust begins with quality conversations. This workshop gives professionals the tools to move beyond surface-level interactions and create meaningful dialogue that fosters rapport, respect, and collaboration. Participants learn how to recognize barriers to trust, ask powerful open-ended questions, and apply the three levels of conversation to deepen connections. Through practical tools like the 3-step conversation model, they will practice showing empathy, creating safety, and demonstrating genuine interest—skills that help them become more influential, respected, and trusted in the workplace.

MC2606: Influential Storytelling to Promote Change

Change is rarely easy, and people often resist it unless they see a compelling reason to act. Storytelling provides the bridge that moves an audience from understanding a problem to embracing a solution. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how to structure stories that influence decisions, reduce resistance, and inspire teams to take action. Using practical models like What–Why–How, the Wakeup Call, and the David and Goliath framework, learners will practice crafting powerful business stories that highlight the need for change, provide a clear path forward, and motivate others to act. By mastering influential storytelling, professionals will leave with tools to communicate complex messages in a way that connects, inspires, and drives results.

This workshop helps participants strengthen their presence by aligning verbal, vocal, and visual communication channels. Through interactive exercises, learners practice controlling their voice, refining their body language, and removing distracting habits. By the end of the program, participants will know how to project confidence, build connection, and command attention in any setting—whether speaking to a small team or a large audience.
