Russ brings his experience in corporate sales, senior leadership, communication research, and executive coaching to his roles within iSpeak. He has a heart for the learner and loves to see them succeed. “Perfection is a direction, not a destination.”
Cheree Peterson
Chief Accounting Officer
Cheree has been part of the journey since before iSpeak was born, working behind the scenes in many roles with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for keeping things running smoothly. A CPA and Controller, she cares deeply about customer service and believes that clear communication, quick follow-through, and thoughtful systems make all the difference.

Efficiency Manager
Carlyn is all about making things easier—for teams, projects, and people. After spending 20 years raising her children, she returned to the workforce eager to engage her mind again and contribute in meaningful, practical ways. She now supports the iSpeak team by simplifying processes and helping others work more efficiently.
Michelle Kurylowicz
Program Administrator
Michelle serves as the primary point of contact for all learning programs, dedicated to delivering a positive experience from initial planning through program completion. She works closely with customers and internal teams to keep programs organized, responsive, and aligned with learner needs.

Dara has spent the past three decades in learning and development, partnering with organizations to help them find training solutions that actually work. In her business development role, she loves listening to what companies really need and helping them design learning experiences that support their goals and their people. Dara is passionate about making training practical, relevant, and impactful—so it delivers real value, not just another checkbox.

One of only 5 iSpeak Master Instructors in the world, Paul’s experience is deeply rooted in senior leadership, business development, executive coaching, and keynote speaking. His heart for student growth is his primary driver in every workshop. Based in Dublin, Ireland he delivers in-person and virtual workshops on a global scale for iSpeak.

After spending years based in China, Josh joins iSpeak with a mission for developing leaders. His experience over the past 10 years has built him specifically for his role now. He loves working with senior leaders on strategy, team development, influence and presenting. Josh is also fluent in Mandarin.

With years of experience in leadership and facilitation, combined with an endless source of energy, and a mission for helping others succeed, Nichole takes her students to new summits in each workshop. Her ability to draw students into new learning outcomes showcases her talent for facilitation. Her genuine heart for the development of each student is her true superpower.

She has an elegant way to take your one-on-one conversation and turn it into a lesson in leadership development. Her approach to coaching and facilitation feels so familiar and conversational it’s not difficult to apply new leadership ideas. As a certified coach, presentations expert, and even an improv player, she excels at developing her students.
